The coffee is made 100% in the highlands of Ethiopia and Yemen exclusively Arabica beans growing in the foothills. It was known in the past to a place called Abyssinia. It is strong enough and deliciously rich with aroma. This aromatic coffee has mild acidity and apricot, side notes of bergamot, citrus fruits and coriander. Very long lasting,
aftertaste slightly reminiscent of green aromas. In the afternoon, coffee is fine perfect with desserts or liqueurs made from seasonal fruits.
