The best quality 100% Arabica beans from Central America. The coffee is made from beans hand-picked in small plantations owned by the Fair Trade Organization located on the high mountain plateaus of Mexico's UCIRI region. The coffee has a clean, delicate and slightly bitter taste. The coffee has a full and rich aroma reminiscent of red berries. A slight bitter taste gives the coffee a pleasant acidity, the aftertaste remains in the back of the palate for a relatively short time. Coffee is really great to drink black, but it also goes well with desserts or ice cream.
